Terms of service

By submitting your order, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions and you, as a customer, enter into a binding agreement.

1 Orders

1.1 When the customer orders items via the webshop, a purchase agreement is concluded.

1.2 We do our utmost to update our webshop as accurately as possible, but the Reloadstore.nl warehouse is always subject to change. We therefore reserve the right, if the stock level is incorrect or in the event of unforeseen circumstances, not to deliver the ordered product(s).

1.3 Reloadstore.nl reserves the right to change the price of our products at any time.

1.4 In the event that we are unable to deliver, the customer will be contacted and given the opportunity to cancel the order. If your order is canceled your money will be refunded within 14 days. When the product is available for later delivery, a new delivery date will be offered. If this is not desirable, you also have the option to cancel the order.

1.5 Reloadstore.nl reserves the right to cancel orders at any time.

1.6 If payment is not made, we will cancel the order.

2 Payment

2.1 We offer a wide range of payment types via:

2.2 As soon as your order has been submitted and paid for in our webshop, you will receive an email with the confirmation of the order and the details of the order.

3 Shipping & returns

3.1 We use PostNL as our shipping partner. Our rates can be found on the Shipping and Returns page. When we ship your order, you will receive a tracking code to track your order. For shipments outside the Netherlands and Belgium, PostNL can transfer the shipment to a local courier.

3.2 Customers with a billing address and shipping address outside the EU are not obliged to pay VAT. After confirming that your billing address and shipping address is outside the EU, VAT will be automatically excluded from your order at check-out.

3.3 We do not pay any customs fees or (import) taxes on your order for shipments outside the European Union (EU). We are also not responsible for packages that are lost or incorrectly delivered by the shipping party (PostNL, UPS, DPD, etc.) due to, for example, an incorrect address entry.

4 Delivery status

4.1 Once your package(s) is in our shipping partner's sorting center, you will receive a tracking code to track your order.

4.2 We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses, or any defects of our shipping partner.

4.3 When you receive your shipment, you must first check the contents before signing with the postman. Only sign if the contents of your delivered package are correct. Reloadstore.nl is not responsible for any defects caused by the courier service.

5 Product quality and defective products

5.1 At Reloadstore.nl we shoot all photos shown in the webshop with great care. We do our utmost to show the product in its true form. If the product you have received does not match the images or description in our webshop, you can return the product or contact our customer service by telephone via email. info@reloadstore.nl

5.2 Upon receipt of the product we will check whether we approve the claim, if this is the case you will be notified. We will then send a new product (if in stock) along with the return shipping fee, or we will refund you for both the product and the return shipping costs. We are not responsible for defects resulting from failure to follow the washing instructions stated in the label of the item.

6 Returns and Refunds Policy

6.1 All sales and additional prices of the products are final, we do not do price comparisons or price adjustments. After you receive the goods, you have the right to open the package and check whether everything is there. You can only return the product by: the returns form if the product has not been used and all original packaging, price tags and hang tags, etc. are still intact. If you wish to return the product, this must be received by us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please note: until the product is delivered to us, you are responsible for it. Therefore, always send the return shipment including a tracking number. Reloadstore.nl is not responsible for returns.

6.2 If the return shipment does not meet our requirements, Reloadstore reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange. All original packaging that must accompany the item, including accessories, authenticity cards, shoe boxes and dust bags, must be returned in its original condition. We will not accept shoes returned without a box, worn soles or in a damaged box. We will send it back to the customer and will not issue a refund.

6.3 The costs of return shipping are for the buyer. We recommend that you have the return shipment sent including a tracking number. This is because you are responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received.

7 Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for a different size, color or style please contact us at info@reloadstore.nl. Do this as soon as possible to ensure that the desired different color, size or style of the product is reserved for you. The maximum number of days to exchange your product is 14 days after receipt. The same terms and conditions apply to exchanges as to returns. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for an exchange.

8 Use of our content

8.1 All content on the Reloadstore.nl website and webshop, including logos, photos and videos, belongs to Reloadstore.nl or parties we work with.
