Returns, Exchanges, and Right of Withdrawal
Return Period
Are you not satisfied with your purchase? You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can register your return via our returns page or by filling out the enclosed return form and sending it along with your return shipment.
Conditions for Returns
We ask you to return items in their original condition as much as possible:
- The item is unused and complete.
- Any price tags, labels, and accessories are present.
- The item is shipped in a shipping box or shipping bag.
- The original product packaging may not be used as shipping packaging.
Items may be inspected as you would in a physical store. If an item is used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality, Reloadstore reserves the right to refuse a return.
Registering a return
You can register a return in two ways:
- Using the return form included with your order
- Via our return page
Do you no longer have a return form? You can download it here.
Return shipment
- Carefully place the item in a shipping box or shipping bag.
- Include the completed return form.
- Seal the packaging securely.
- Enter the return address as indicated on the return form.
- Deliver the package to a carrier of your choice.
We always recommend using a shipping method with track & trace. Keep the shipping receipt safe until your return has been fully processed. Reloadstore is not liable for returns lost during transport if no valid shipping receipt is available.
The costs for depositing an order are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
Would you like to receive a different size or a different item? Please clearly state this on the enclosed return form. After receiving your return, we will contact you if additional information is required. Additionally, you can exchange or return items for free in our store. Please bring your order confirmation and the relevant item with you.
Refund
Once we have received your return shipment, we aim to process it within 1 to 2 working days.
After processing, the purchase amount will be refunded via the same payment method used to place the order. Depending on the payment method, the amount will usually be in your account within 5 working days.
Klarna
Did you pay via Klarna? Then please also register your return in the Klarna app.
Once we have processed your return, this will be automatically transferred to Klarna. Klarna will then adjust your outstanding invoice. Have you already paid for the order? Then Klarna usually processes the refund within 10 working days.
Cancel order
An order can be cancelled free of charge as long as it has not yet been processed by our warehouse for shipment. A cancellation can be requested here.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you can receive your order in accordance with the return conditions.
Exceptions
The following products cannot be purchased with a withdrawal:
Digital gift cards.
Physical gift cards.
Customers outside the European Union
When returning a package to us from a country outside the European Union, please clearly indicate “Returned Goods” or “Returned items” on the shipping packaging.
Additionally, select the option for returns on the customs declaration form. This helps avoid unnecessary import duties and taxes.
Reloadstore is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or other costs arising from declaring a return.
