TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By submitting your order to this webshop, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions and enter into a binding agreement as a customer.

 

1 Orders

1.1 When the customer orders items via the webshop, a purchase agreement is concluded.

1.2 We do our utmost to update our webshop as accurately as possible, yet the warehouse of Reloadstore.nl is always subject to change. Therefore we reserve the right, if the stock level is incorrect or in case of unforeseen circumstances, not to deliver the ordered product(s).

1.3 Reloadstore.nl reserves the right to change the price of our products at any time.

1.4 In the event that we are unable to deliver, the customer will be contacted and given the opportunity to cancel the order. With a canceled order, your money will be refunded within 14 days. When the product is available for a later delivery, a new delivery date will be offered. If this is not desirable, you also have the option to cancel the order.

1.5 Reloadstore.nl reserves the right to cancel orders at any time.

1.6 If no payment is made, we will cancel the order.


2 Payment

2.2 Once your order has been submitted to our webshop and paid for, you will receive an email confirming the order and details of the order.

3 Shipping & Returns

3.1 We use PostNL as our shipping partner. Our rates can be found on the FAQ page. When we ship your order, you will receive a tracking code to track your order.

3.2 We do not pay any customs fees or (import) taxes on your order for shipments outside the European Union (EU). We are also not responsible for packages that are lost or delivered incorrectly by the shipping party (PostNL, UPS, DPD, etc.) due to, for example, incorrect address input.


4 Delivery status

4.1 Once your package(s) is in our shipping partner's sorting centre, you will receive a tracking code to track your order.

4.2 We are not responsible for lost packages due to the wrong addresses or any defects of our shipping partner.

4.3 When you receive your shipment, you must first check the contents before signing it with the postman. Only put your signature if the contents of your delivered package are correct. Reloadstore.nl is not responsible for any defects caused by the courier service.


5 Product Quality and Defective Products

5.1 At Reloadstore.nl we shoot all photos that are shown on the webshop with great care. We do our utmost to show the product in its true form. If the product you received does not match the images or description in our webshop, you can return the product or contact our customer service by telephone via e-mail at info@reloadstore.nl.

5.2 After receiving the product we will see if we approve the claim, if this is the case you will be notified. We will then send a new product (if available) together with the return shipping fee, or we will refund you for both the product and the return shipping costs. We are not responsible for defects as a result of not following the washing instructions mentioned in the label of the article.


6 Return Policy and Refund Policy

6.1 All sales and additional prices of the products are final, we do not do price comparisons or price adjustments. After you have received the goods, you have the right to open the package and check that everything is there. You can only return the product using the return form if the product has not been used and all original packaging, price tags and hang tags, etc. are still intact. If you want to return the product, you must do so within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please note that until the product is delivered to us, you are responsible for it. Therefore, always send the return shipment including a tracking number. Reloadstore.nl is not responsible for return shipments.

6.2 If the return shipment does not meet our requirements, Reloadstore reserves the right to refuse the return shipment or exchange. All original packaging that should accompany the item, including accessories, authenticity cards, shoe boxes and dust bags, must be returned in its original condition. We do not accept shoes returned without a box, with worn soles or in a damaged box. We will send it back to the customer and will not issue a refund.

6.3 The costs of the return shipment are for the buyer. We recommend that the return shipment be sent incl. tracking number. This is because you are responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received.


7 Exchanges

If you want to exchange your product for a different size, color or style, please contact us at info@reloadstore.nl. Do this as soon as possible to ensure that the desired different color size or style of the product is reserved for you. The maximum number of days to exchange your product is 14 days after receipt. The same terms and conditions apply to exchanges as to returns. Please note that additional shipping costs may apply for an exchange.


8 Use of Our Content

8.1 All content on the website and webshop of Reloadstore.nl including logos, photos and videos belong to Reloadstore.nl or parties we work with.

8.2 If you would like to use any of our content on our website, such as images from the website, the blog or anything else, please do not hesitate to contact us. info@reloadstore.nl
